With decades of involvement in over 50 GW of pumped storage projects development, Mr. Yu has been aquainted with the policy frameworks evolution of PSH in China, boasting extensive experiences in PSH planning, project pre-feasibility and feasibility study, cost recovery mechanism and investment management. Mr. Yu is a senior economist and Certified Investment Adviser and Cost Engineer. He is also holding the position of deputy secretary general of China Society of Hydropower Engineering (Pumped Storage Branch).
