Tammy was appointed as Managing Director for Entura in 2011 and is part of Hydro Tasmania’s Leadership Group. In 2024, Tammy stepped into the role of Interim EGM, Construction, leading the team planning to deliver major hydropower construction projects.

As a civil engineer, Tammy specialised in the design and construction of mini-hydro and hydropower systems, project management, hydropower investigations, prefeasibility and feasibility studies, environmental assessments and approvals, resource investigations and resource water management.

Tammy is the Vice Chair of the Board of the International Hydropower Association and sits on the Civil College Board of Engineers Australia. She was the first female and now past president of the Tasmanian Division of Engineers Australia and is an Engineers Australia National Congress representative. She is currently the Chair of Entura Hydro Tasmania India Pty Ltd.

She has also spent time on national and international steering committees in both the water and energy sectors, which further expanded her understanding and knowledge of world’s best practice.
