Delphine is a Senior Investment Officer with the Infrastructure Group of International Finance Corporation (World Bank Group) where she leads energy sector engagements in Europe. Currently based in Paris, she has responsibility over project preparation, structuring and financing in a range of infrastructure and renewable energy projects including hydro and pump storage projects, and across transmission and distribution assets. Delphine has 20 years of financing / investment experience.

Prior to IFC, she was in particular a Director within the Energy Project Finance and Advisory team at Societe Generale, based consecutively in New York, Paris and London, where she was responsible for originating, structuring and executing financing for multiple large-scale projects with a focus on Middle East and Africa (incl. Nachtigal Hydro Power Project in Cameroon). She also advised key clients of the bank, as well as governments, in developing projects and securing the financing for their strategic infrastructure projects.
