Chris McMonagle is Global Business Development Manager for Bechtel Infrastructure’s heavy civil EPC business, where he leads engagement on major infrastructure projects worldwide. With extensive experience in the delivery of complex energy and civil works, he plays a key role in advancing Bechtel’s global hydropower and pumped storage portfolio.

In addition to his role at Bechtel, Chris serves as Chair of the International Hydropower Association’s Working Group on De-Risking Pumped Storage, bringing together industry, policy and finance stakeholders to accelerate investment in long-duration energy storage.
