Andi joined Voith Hydro in 2007 as Hydraulic Engineer at the Central Technology Center & Laboratory. From 2012 to 2014, he was assigned to Voith Hydro York (PA), USA as a Hydraulic Design Engineer and continued his career in 2016 at Voith Hydro Germany as an Offer Project Manager for various international green- and brownfield projects - as well as a Regional Marketing Manager for countries in the Middle East. From 2022 to 2025, he was assigned to Australia, being in charge of the Business Development for Large Hydro and Service projects. After his return to Germany, Andi took over the role as Head of Proposal Management.
